Deck of Many Things

Prepare a Deck of Many Things, declare how many cards you intend to draw, then choose from the face-down deck one card at a time.

Random uses the standard distribution: 75% for a 13-card deck and 25% for a 22-card deck.

Declare from 1 to 30 cards before preparing the deck. Card effects can grant additional draws beyond this limit.
